The couple recently celebrated their seventh anniversary, sharing heartfelt notes, and expressing their love for one another. This season has brought both lows and highs for the two, highlighted by Burton's first NASCAR Cup Series victory at Daytona International Speedway.

The #21 Wood Brothers Racing driver had a short-lived playoff journey and is set to join AM Racing next year, stepping down to the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Wood Brothers co-owner hopes Harrison Burton caps off the season on a high note

Harrison Burton's three-year stint with the historic Wood Brothers Racing team will come to an end in three weeks' time at Phoenix International Raceway. Despite being out of championship contention, Burton and the #21 Ford team have gained momentum in recent weeks.

The 24-year-old secured a top-20 finish at the Charlotte Roval and followed it up with a 15th-place result at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Team co-owner Eddie Wood hopes the team can carry this momentum to the intermediate oval at Homestead-Miami Speedway this weekend and finish the season on a high note.

"We are out of the running for the championship at this point, but it's still important to finish the season on a high note. Any time you go to the race track you want to run well, and I'm looking forward to seeing how Harrison Burton and the team will perform on Sunday," Eddie Wood said (via SpeedwayDigest.com).

Burton currently sits 16th in the standings and is guaranteed to finish inside the top 16 after making the playoffs with his victory at Daytona. The Straight Talk Wireless 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway is scheduled for this Sunday, October 27, at 2:30 PM ET.
