“I guess we’re going to see Elsa“: Chase Elliott confirms ‘date’ with Kyle Busch’s daughter Lennix during the off-season

Chase Elliott plans to go on a movie date with Kyle Busch's daughter, Lennix. According to the driver, he would watch Disney’s Frozen with the two-year-old for their first meet in the off-season.

Elliott is a 28-year-old NASCAR Cup Series driver piloting the No. 9 Chevrolet Camaro for Hendrick Motorsports. While Elliott doesn’t have a direct on-track relationship with Kyle Busch aside from driving Chevy cars, Lennix innocently declared the HMS star her ‘boyfriend.’

In an X (formerly Twitter) post by NASCAR insider Jerry Jordan, Chase Elliott was asked about the off-season movie date Lennix Busch planned for them.

“I was made aware of that and, you know, crazy because I don’t think I ever met her. But she obviously has a lot of personality and it’s really cool to see.” [0:16]

He added:

“Yeah, I guess we’re going to see Elsa.”

Before the off-season begins, Elliott still has one race in the NASCAR Cup Series calendar scheduled at Phoenix Raceway. The No. 9 driver qualified fifth with a best time of 26.82 seconds, which was 0.102 seconds off the leader Martin Truex Jr.

However, the Georgia native won’t compete for the championship after getting eliminated in the Round of 8 along with Christopher Bell, Denny Hamlin, and HMS teammate Kyle Larson.

Meanwhile, Kyle Busch will start 25th on the grid after setting a time of 26.968 seconds in the first round of qualifying. While Busch didn’t make the playoffs this year, the No. 8 Richard Childress Racing driver is still looking to win a race in a bid to extend his 19-year streak of winning at least one race in a season.

Kyle Busch’s daughter innocently declared Chase Elliott as her boyfriend

A few days ago, Kyle Busch’s wife, Samantha, posted a short video on Instagram showing her friendly banter with her daughter. Lennix Busch declared Chase Elliott as her boyfriend before planning to go on a movie date with him to watch Disney’s Elsa.

When Lennix was jokingly asked by her mom what Elliott told her, she said:

“Hi, nice to meet you, Lennix.”

After Lennix told her mom about their movie date, Samantha Busch said:

“I love that you have it all planned.”

Samantha Busch posted the video and tagged Elliott to let him know about their off-season plan. She wrote:

“Hey @chaseelliott9, Lennix has your off-season plans all set. 😂”
