Kyle Busch’s wife Samantha shows her physique as she reveals her "functional core routine"

Kyle Busch's Samantha revealed her intensive core workout on Tuesday, as she shared an image featuring her physique on her Instagram stories. The mother of Brexton and Lennix shared an eight-workout routine.

The two-time Cup Series champion recently wrapped up his 35th Cup Series race weekend this season on Sunday, November 3, at Martinsville Speedway. Busch couldn't make the playoffs this season, marking his first non-playoff year since 2012. The Richard Childress Racing driver began his run at Martinsville from 23rd and finished the race in 28th place, three laps down on the winner. Samantha was also at the track, cheering for her husband during the 500-lap battle.

Following the second-to-last NASCAR race weekend of the season, Mrs. Busch began her Monday with "mass fruit and veggie cleaning and meal prep" for the whole week. After her preparations, Samantha shared her functional core routine from the couples' home gym, wearing gym clothes that showed off her toned abdomen.

In the captions, Samantha wrote,

"Functional core workout routine today: Bird Dogs, Standing Marches with Dumbbell, Deag bugs, Rocking planks, Bear crawl, Hanging knee raises, Kneeling lean backs, and ankle weight toe taps," .

With a hectic schedule involving her business matters, visiting the racetrack with the RCR driver, taking care of kids, and visiting racing venues with her children, Samantha finds the time to maintain a fit physique, inspiring her fanbase to keep up with their health.

Kyle Busch's wife donned a checkered cardigan paired with jeans during her husband's Martinsville race

While Kyle Busch wore an all-black race suit with primary sponsor Cheddar's Kitchen's name significantly visible in white, Samantha donned a checkered cardigan, light blue jeans, and mid-top boots. Brexton also visited Martinsville Speedway to witness his father live in action.

In the race, Busch dropped to 30th place as Stage 1 ended but climbed ten track positions during the second stage, settling his #8 Chevy in 20th place. However, calamity struck in the final stage as a wheel came off his NextGen car on Lap 407, causing the officials to re-issue the caution. In his 35 races this season, the RCR driver has collected five top-5s and 10 top-10s.

Samantha shared several photos on Instagram from her track visit. They include candid moments with Kyle Busch, the pre-race prayer ritual, and images of the couple next to the #8 Camaro.

"37/38 down always supporting my 🎱," Samantha wrote.

The Championship 4 race at Phoenix Raceway is Kyle Busch's final opportunity to register his only win this season. If he fails to do so, it would mark the veteran NASCAR driver's first winless Cup Series season since his full-time debut in 2005.
