“What the?!”: Danica Patrick speechless after election results were accidentally aired

Danica Patrick was recently lost for words as a local Pennsylvania station accidentally aired the 2024 US general elections a week before.

In a recent Instagram post, the 2008 Indy Japan 300 winner was surprised as WNEP 16 in affiliation with ABC showed the Democratic Party nominee Kamala Harris winning the PA election by 5%. The 42-year-old then asked her followers on X to help her understand this incident. She wrote:

"Whoaaa what the?! Can anyone explain this?!"

However, as per reports, the news station claimed that the results were shown accidentally on Formula 1 race streaming and were part of a test by the news station for the upcoming general elections on November 5.

Former NASCAR and IndyCar driver Patrick has been quite vocal about her support for the Republican candidate Donald Trump and her political stance. Moreover, she shared that she recently voted for the first time in the US presidential election.

Patrick shared this news on X and wrote:

"I voted today for the first time. I made a rule for myself that if I didn’t vote I could not have an opinion about the outcome, because I didn’t earn that right. Not this time. I voted for @realdonaldtrump and I can’t wait to have him make America great again!"

"Reasonable choice": Danica Patrick on voting for Donald Trump in the 2024 US presidential elections

After casting her vote for former US President Donald Trump, the former Stewart-Haas Racing driver Danica Patrick stated why she chose him as the next president of the United States.

In a conversation with Jesse Watters of Fox News, the Sky Sports F1 pundit said:

"I am passionate because it feel like voting for Donald Trump is like the vote of reason, it’s the rational, reasonable choice. I feel like most of all though what this country could be if he gets into office— with all of the amazing, brilliant people that are supporting him— I feel like it could not only make America great again, but make America greater than it’s ever been."

Patrick transitioned to broadcasting and entrepreneurship after her full-time retirement from NASCAR in 2017. She now owns a vineyard in Napa Valley, California, and a clothing line. She has also authored a book and hosts a weekly podcast.
