"Wish we could do more": Kyle Busch's wife Samantha makes her 'proud' feelings known about their welfare organization
Samantha Busch, wife of two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch, recently took to social media to shed light about what she and her husband are doing away from the racetrack with the Bundle of Joy Fund. The couple's fund is in an effort to remove financial barriers for individuals struggling with infertility.
Samantha, an IVF mom herself who has been very open about her struggles with infertility, took to her personal Instagram to share responses from applications to the fund over the years. The wife of the champion driver wrote that the cost of IVF treatments is the biggest challenge for those who battle infertility. Through her fund and her platform, Samantha said she's hopeful to continue helping those in need. Her caption read:
"I have read so many grant applications over the past decade and the common thread among them is that the high cost of IVF treatments is the hurdle that stands in the way for the 1 in 6 people facing infertility. We are proud of the work we have done and the 101 babies that have been born thru the fund, but there is so much more I hope to do in order to help alleviate this burden for individuals longing to become parents. 💚"
Busch later shared the post to her personal Instagram story and reiterated that she's pleased with what she and her husband have been able to do with the Bundle of Joy. She wrote:
"Proud of what we are doing, always wish we could do more. @bundleofjoyfund"
Kyle and Samantha have their own Bundle of Joy page where people can donate money or find more information. According to their page, they've granted over $1.7 million worth of funds and awarded 131 grants, helping 97 babies be born with more on the way.
On the racetrack, Samantha's husband had arguably the toughest year of his career. Kyle failed to win even one race and went winless for the first time in his career. The Las Vegas native also failed to make the playoffs for the first time since 2012. The 63-time Cup Series winner completed his second season behind the wheel of the #8 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet after joining the team in 2023.
Samantha posted a heartfelt video of her husband and two kids enjoying the offseason
Kyle and Samantha Busch look to be enjoying the off time following the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season wrapping up last Sunday at Phoenix. In a video posted to Instagram by Samantha, Kyle is seen on a motor bike riding around with their two young children, who are both on motor cars.
"What “off season” day 2 looks like at our house 😂," Samantha wrote.
Kyle and Samantha got married on New Year's Eve 2010. The couple welcomed a son, Brexton, on May 18, 2015. On May 10, 2022, the couple welcomed a daughter, Lennix.
