A.J. Brown stats tonight: How did the Eagles WR fare against Commanders in Week 11?
A.J. Brown has been on a tear this season, once again being the most productive receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles. Although he has missed a few games due to injury, he has amassed 553 yards in just six games, tearing opposing defenses and scoring three touchdowns.
In two games against the Washington Commanders in 2023, Brown finished with some amazing 305 receiving yards, 17 receptions and four touchdowns in just two games. The Eagles and the Commanders battled on Thursday Night Football for the NFC East lead, and Philadelphia hoped he could replicate his numbers from last season.
Although he did not have otherworldly numbers this time, the most important thing for his team is they won the game, and now hold a 1.5 advantage over the Commanders with six games to go.
A.J. Brown's stats tonight vs Commanders
A summary of A.J. Brown's stats for the Eagles against the Commanders in Week 11 of the 2024 NFL season is given below.
- Carries: 0

- Targets: 8

Apart from the game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, this was his lowest total yardage of the season. He has not scored a touchdown since the Week 7 game against the New York Giants and this continued on Thursday.
However, he remains a powerful weapon for the Eagles' offense. The contest had Jalen Hurts missing many opportunities to connect with his favorite wide receiver.
Most of the completed passes from Hurts to Brown on Thursday involved slant routes, where he has fewer opportunities to get yards after the catch, one of his biggest strengths.
With ten days before the Eagles' next game, the extra rest could help the wide receiver find his way back to the end zone, especially at a time of the season where every extra day to recover is a good thing for a contender team, especially as he has suffered with injuries in both 2023 and 2024.
The Eagles' next game will be against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 12's Sunday Night Football.
