Bills vs Bengals: The Road to the AFC Championship Begins

The Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals will face off in the 2022 NFL Divisional round. These two teams are among the few with the potential to defeat the dominating Kansas City Chiefs, who are expected to make it to the AFC Championship.

Last season, though, Josh Allen and the Bills lost to the Chiefs in the Divisional playoff game in overtime. However, the Bengals defeated the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game.

Both teams defeated the Chiefs in the regular season this year and were scheduled to play each other, but due to Damar Hamlin's incident, the game was canceled.

There is a high likelihood that the winner between the Bills and Bengals will advance to the Super Bowl, so there is a lot at stake.

Both teams have a solid defense and a great set of weapons on the offensive side as well. With both teams having a great chance at winning this matchup, it is truly anyone's game.

The Bills have the advantage of playing on their home field, but the Bengals have the mindset to repeat last season's form and get to the Super Bowl. Both teams have a lot to prove and a Super Bowl appearance will quiet a lot of critics.

The Bengals will look to continue their winning streak and make it to the Super Bowl for the second time in a row. Meanwhile, the Bills will strive to make it to their first Super Bowl since 1993.

The Bengals will be on the road with a loaded offense. The likes of Joe Burrow, Joe Mixon, Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd will come in handy against Buffalo. Running back Mixon has done a great job all season long drawing in defenses to set up play-action passes for Burrow to terrific route runners in Chase, Boyd, and Higgins.

Buffalo similarly has a lot to offer on attack. Josh Allen has an arsenal of weapons at his disposal in Devin Singletary, Gabe Davis, Stefon Diggs, and Dawson Knox.

Assuming none of these stars fold to injury leading up to the game, this AFC Divisional matchup will be one to remember.
