Dak Prescott's record vs. Eagles: How has Cowboys QB fared against Philadelphia?

The Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles have arguably the biggest rivalry in the NFL. The two teams are in the NFC East, meaning they play each other twice each season. They have two of the most passionate fan bases in the league, as well as a long history of success.

While the Eagles have had much more postseason success than the Cowboys in recent years, their head-to-head matchups have gone in favor of Dallas. Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has been responsible for a lot of that success.

Prescott has played the Eagles 13 times, seven of which have come at home. His first game against the Eagles was back in October 2016, when the Cowboys defeated Philadelphia 29-23. Prescott had 287 passing yards, two touchdowns and one interception.

Fast forward to Prescott's most recent matchup against the Eagles. He had 271 passing yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions in a 33-13 win in December 2023.

Prescott holds a 6-1 record against the Eagles at home. He has averaged 283.1 passing yards per contest, with 14 touchdowns and eight interceptions.

Although the turnover tallies are quite high, Dallas has taken care of business at home against the Eagles since Prescott came into the league.

Prescott has been just as impressive at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, however, his team only has a record of 3-3 on the road. Prescott has averaged 236.7 passing yards per game, with 10 touchdowns and zero interceptions.

Prescott will hope that his success in Philly continues in 2025. It was announced on Monday that the Cowboys would open the new season against the Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field on Sept. 4.
