Watson and Anais have been together since 2019 after meeting in Los Angeles.

In July, she posted a picture celebrating their fifth anniversary.

Anais is frequently seen at Browns games, cheering on Watson from the sidelines.

In October, she shared a series of pictures from Browns Stadium during their clash with the Cincinnati Bengals.
