Eagles unveil Super Bowl rings with one perfect touch

Special little touches to Super Bowl rings are starting to become a thing.

First, the New England Patriots put 283 diamonds on their rings after a Super Bowl LI win over the Atlanta Falcons which featured a comeback from 28-3 down in the second half, and now the Eagles are shouting out their underdog status.

Philadelphia first unveiled their classic ring on Thursday with the team emblem on the face and the Lombardi trophy on the side, but one subtle engraving on the inside will get every Eagles fan excited.

It might get Lane Johnson going just a little bit more.

On the inside of the Eagles' Super Bowl LII ring, there is an image of a dog. That image bears a striking resemblance to the underdog mask Johnson wore during the playoffs after many pundits picked Philadelphia to go out of the postseason, having lost starting quarterback Carson Wentz for the season.
