Garrett Wilson stats today: Jets WR's receiving yards, touchdowns and more in Week 15

Garrett Wilson and the New York Jets still have a month to go before their season comes to an end. The wide receiver was expected to have a great year with Aaron Rodgers under center, but just like the entire team, he struggled with his performance in 2024.

The game against the Jacksonville Jaguars was the perfect opportunity for him to put a positive note on a season that's been challenging through all accounts. The Jaguars are also struggling, but they're strong contenders for the first overall pick in the NFL Draft.

This was one of Aaron Rodgers' best games of the season, and Wilson netted one score. He was, however, overshadowed by the other superstar receiver on the Jets' roster.

Garrett Wilson's stats vs Jaguars

A summary of Garrett Wilson's stats for the Jets against the Jaguars in Week 15 of the 2024 NFL season is given below.

  • Carries: 0
  • Rushing yards: 0
  • Rushing touchdowns: 0
  • Targets: 6
  • Receptions: 3
  • Receiving yards: 56
  • Receiving touchdowns 1

The young wide receiver contributed with a touchdown in a 32-25 win. He won early on his route and was completely free as Rodgers threw him the ball in the first quarter:

However, there was also a moment where he seemed extremely upset with the offense. Garrett screamed on the sidelines as he did not receive a pass in a fade route and had to be calmed down by the coaches that were around him. At this point, the Jets were losing 16-10.

The team eventually came back to win the game with a fantastic performance from veteran wide receiver Davante Adams, who shone in the second half of the game. Overall, Adams, who has a relationship with Rodgers from their days with the Green Bay Packers, had nine receptions for 198 yards and two touchdowns.

This has been a frustrating Jets year for everyone, but at least for one day, the fans were able to see a good offensive performance and also celebrate a win. But the rebuild is underway: news emerged prior to the game that the former Tennessee Titans GM Jon Robinson would interview for the general manager job.
