Terrell Davis, the 1998 NFL MVP, had one of the most impressive seasons by a running back in league history. He led the league in rushing yards with 2,008 and helped the Denver Broncos to a 14-2 regular season record and a spot in the Super Bowl.

One of Davis' most memorable games of the season came in Week 2 against the Kansas City Chiefs, rushing for 191 yards and three touchdowns in a 42-23 victory.
Another memorable game came in Week 6 against the Seattle Seahawks. Davis rushed for 208 yards and a touchdown in a 21-16 victory. The following week, he rushed for 136 yards and three touchdowns in a victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Over the course of the season, Davis rushed for over 100 yards in 11 of the 16 games.
Davis continued to dominate in the postseason, rushing for 199 yards and two touchdowns in the divisional round against the Miami Dolphins. Then in the AFC championship game against the New York Jets, Davis rushed for 167 yards and one touchdown, leading the Broncos to a 23-10 victory and securing a spot in Super Bowl XXXIII.
Overall, Davis' MVP season was one of the most impressive by a running back in NFL history. He rushed for 2,008 yards and 21 touchdowns, averaging an impressive 5.1 yards per carry. He also caught 25 passes for 217 yards and one touchdown. He led the league in rushing yards and was instrumental in the Broncos' Super Bowl victory.
