Happiest place on earth - Patrick Mahomes celebrates Super Bowl win with Brittany and kids

Patrick Mahomes was the happiest quarterback at the end of Super Bowl LVII as the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. In celebration, the Super Bowl LVII MVP took his wife Brittany and their two children to the happiest place on Earth: Disneyland.

As part of the traditional marketing arrangement, the MVP of a Super Bowl heads to Disneyland, and Mahomes made it a family affair. (The commercial and ensuing trip to the theme park began in 1987.)

He led the Chiefs to their second Super Bowl victory in four seasons, throwing for 182 yards and three touchdowns against the Eagles. After the game, the two-time All-Pro was joined on the field by Brittany and Sterling.

Patrick and Brittany Mahomes became parents for the first time in February 2021 when Sterling was born, while their son Bronze came in November. During his NFL MVP acceptance speech this year, the Chiefs quarterback spoke on how Brittany and his children impacted his life:

"To my wife, Brittany; my baby girl, Sterling; and my son, Bronze, this crazy life that we are living means nothing without y'all keeping me balanced and making me appreciate every single day.
"No matter how I feel coming home, y'all bring me joy and make me appreciate the time that I get to spend with y'all. Thank you for always being there for me during my good times and my bad. Love y'all."

The five-time Pro Bowler played well in front of his family and a worldwide audience at Super Bowl LVII. They all witnessed him make history at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

Patrick Mahomes joined an elite fraternity in front of his family

With the win, Patrick Mahomes became just the sixth quarterback in NFL history to win two Super Bowl MVPs. Mahomes joins Bart Starr, Terry Bradshaw, Joe Montana, Tom Brady and Eli Manning on that list. The Chiefs star is on an even more exclusive list of quarterbacks with multiple regular-season and Super Bowl MVPs. Brady and Montana are the only other two quarterbacks.

The scary part is that the former Texas Tech star is just 27 years old and nowhere near his prime. He has already eclipsed many NFL greats and is nearing a level that has only been reached by the likes of Brady. Time will tell if Patrick Mahomes will be able to tell his children that he is the GOAT.
