In photos: Olivia Culpo and boyfriend Christian McCaffrey get cozy vacationing during off season
San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey took an offseason vacation in Mexico with his girlfriend, model Olivia Culpo, after a disappointing loss in the NFC title game. It now appears that the couple have returned to North Carolina for the first time since McCaffrey was traded from the Carolina Panthers in October.
Culpo posted photos of their time in North Carolina on Thursday morning. She captioned the photos saying it was like they never left in the first place. One photo was of her and their dog. She also posted a photo of McCaffrey and herself together, as well as photos of her cooking.

The former Miss Universe, who now stars in HBO Max's "The Culpo Sisters" also gave a glimpse into their North Carolina home. It includes a lake view, a gorgeous outdoor fireplace and a big-screen television.
While McCaffrey was eager to start fresh with the San Francisco 49ers and get an opportunity at a playoff run, it's clear that he and Olivia Culpo still have a love for the North Carolina lifestyle.
Christian McCaffrey was impressed by 49ers locker room culture
Being traded during the season can be hard for a player. When Christian McCaffrey was traded by the Carolina Panthers to the San Francisco 49ers, he was unsure how he would fit into a locker room full of guys that already knew each other.
The running back recently appeared on an episode of the "Bussin with the Boys" podcast and said that he was impressed with the culture that the veteran players on the team had created. He mentioned that there were still 22 players from the 2019 team that made a run to the Super Bowl.
"For me personally, I came in the middle of the year not knowing what was going on. I knew people but didn't know people, which was a weird experience. But you could just tell -- I think there were 22 guys from the Super Bowl LIV team that are still on the team, so they set a culture and a standard that have been there for a while. I was just pumped up to join them."
Christian McCaffrey went on to say that he could tell that they had all been through a lot together and that he was just eager to jump right in and help the team win.
