Is Joe Burrow playing on Sunday? Latest on Bengals QB for Fantasy Football Week 16

Despite the Cincinnati Bengals struggling, Joe Burrow has continued to play like one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.

In 14 games played, Burrow has thrown for 3,977 yards, 36 touchdowns, and eight interceptions. He leads the league in passing yards and passing touchdowns. However, the Bengals are sitting at 6-8 with three games left in the regular season on the outside looking in when it comes to the playoff picture.

One reason for Cincinnati's struggles is its defense, allowing opponents to run up the score. In six of those eight losses, it has given up 30+ points. Despite this porous defense, the Bengals still have a chance to make the postseason if they win out on top of getting some help.

Burrow was limited in last week's practice leading up to Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. Burrow was receiving "maintenance" for a sore right knee and for his surgically repaired right wrist.

Burrow was limited in practice this week with the same "injuries." Despite being limited in multiple practices this week, Burrow will play this Sunday against the Browns as head coach Zac Taylor said he will be good to go.

One of Burrow's favorie targets, wide recevier Tee Higgins, was also deemed good to go for Sunday after missing Thursday's practice. Taylor said neither player will be limitied despite their capped statuses in practice this week.

Despite having a 6-8 record, the Bengals haven't been eliminated from the playoffs.

If the season ended today, they would be a non-playoff team. The Bengals are currently the 10th seed in the AFC with an 8% chance of making the playoffs. A few things have to happen in order for the Bengals to clinch a playoff berth.

First, they have to win out. They would also need the Denver Broncos to lose out, the Miami Dolphins to lose one of their final three games and the Indianapolis Colts to lose one of their last three games.
