Rob Gronkowski played 11 seasons, nine of which were with the New England Patriots. He had four 1,000-yard seasons and five seasons with at least 10 touchdowns with the Patriots. He is the franchise's all-time leader in touchdowns (79) and second in yards (7,861).

In the playoffs, Gronkowski caught 81 passes for 1,163 yards and 12 touchdowns for New England. Many of these amazing numbers with the Patriots came with Tom Brady under center, forming one of the top duos of their era.

Overall, Gronkowski has 107 touchdowns (92 regular season TDs and 15 playoff TDs). Of those, 105 came from Brady's arm, the most by a quarterback-tight end duo in NFL history.
