Bears WR D.J. Moore puts 5-bedroom, $5,000,000 lakefront villa up for sale: Report
Property listing records show that Chicago Bears wide receiver D.J. Moore has listed his Charlotte estate for $5 million. This comes more than a year after he was traded by the Carolina Panthers to the Bears. When Moore first heard about getting dealt, he told CHGO,
“Awww, s**t. We had just moved into the house, so it was like dangggg,” Moore said in March 2023.
Built in 2019, Moore’s Charlotte residence was home to him, his wife Raven Battle and their three children: Arielle Melody, Denniston Oliver and Prince D.O.M., who was born last year.
Currently unfurnished, Moore originally paid $5 million for it in June 2022 through his Land of Dreams Trust, with his mother Doris Moore as the beneficiary.

Located in The Sanctuary community on a 4-acre plot, Moore’s lakefront property is a single-family home featuring five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, with 9,757 square feet of living space.
The gated, modern house spans three levels, including a basement, with the ground floor designed in an open-concept layout.
It includes four garage spaces, with one main-level garage and a driveway that can accommodate up to four cars. Additionally, there’s a detached garage, a golf cart garage and a keypad-entry parking. There are also two fireplaces, one in the master bedroom and one outdoors, while a central cooling system and natural gas heating provide year-round comfort.
In total, the house has 20 rooms, including a breakfast bar, drop zone, kitchen island, pantry, walk-in closet and a wet bar. Two laundry rooms, located on different floors, include one with a pet-feeding station. Moore also enjoys recreational amenities such as a gym and a movie theater. Most of the flooring is made of tile or wood.
The exterior has a shingle roof and lake views from nearly every vantage point, as well as a swimming pool and a trampoline. Reportedly, Moore sold another home in the same area last year for $1.37 million. That home featured five bedrooms and around 4,800 square feet of living space.
