Bengals ticket prices skyrocket, set to break regular-season record ahead of Week 17 clash vs. Josh Allen’s Bills

Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals will face off against Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills on Monday night, and it is sure to be a must-see. So much so that the ticket prices at Paycor Stadium are currently the highest in franchise history since 2012. Right now, tickets go for $281, and that is without any additional processing fees, according to ticket site TickPick. Before the season, tickets to Cincinnati's matchup against the Bills was around $43.

Bills-Bengals is arguably the most anticipated game of the season.

The get-in price of $281 (no fees) is the *most expensive* Bengals regular season price on @TickPick’s record (since 2012) and up from $43 before the season.

Going to be an epic MNF clash. #Partner

Both Cincinnati and Buffalo have a combined 23 wins this season. The most ever in a matchup since 1997 when the San Franciso 49ers and Denver Broncos faced each other. It's also the most combined wins by any two teams playing on Monday Night Football since 1970.

While both teams are playoff bound, seeding in the AFC is still very much up for grabs. The 11-4 Bengals and 12-3 Buffalo Bills are both eyeing the number one seed, which is also being sought after by the Kansas City Chiefs who are also 12-3. The Bills currently own the tie breaker over the Chiefs after a win earlier in the season. A win over Cincinnati would certainly help the Bills' chances at clinching the number one seed, as well as a first-round bye in the playoffs.

Monday's primetime matchup could not only be the best game of the season but perhaps a look at the future as the two young quarterbacks will likely face off for many years to come.

MNF game will see a win streak end for the Bills or the Bengals

Not only will Monday night's matchup between the Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills be one for the ages, it is also going to end a current win streak for one of the teams. The Buffalo Bills enter Monday night's game with a six-game winning streak. The Cincinnati Bengals currently have a seven-game winning streak.

The Bills defeated the Chicago Bears on Christmas Eve 35-13, and the Bengals defeated the New England Patriots 22-18.

The dominance from Joe Burrow and Josh Allen not only has their teams in prime position to face each other again later in January, but also for a coveted NFL award. Both Burrow and Allen are high on the of National Football League's MVP award list. Along with Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who is also currently considered a candidate for the best in the league.
