"Best night of the year!": Jared Goff's wife Christen Harper comes together with Lions fam for holiday season
Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff's wife, Christen Harper, hosted a glamorous Christmas party for the players' wives and girlfriends. On Tuesday, Harper shared Instagram stories from the event, dubbing it the "Lions Wives' Favorite Things Party" and calling it the "best night of the year!"
From Christmas trees decorated with ornaments to floral-adorned tables with red accents, every corner felt like a winter wonderland. Wrapped gifts scattered throughout the room before the evening's much-anticipated gift exchange session.
Christen showed off a sleek black long-sleeved dress paired with tights. She posed with Lions LB Malcolm Rodriguez's pregnant wife, Kennedy Frazer.
Jared Goff and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model Christen Harper tied the knot in June after dating for five years. Initially, they met on the celebrity dating app Raya in 2019.
Interestingly, Harper's life isn't confined to just attending NFL games and modeling. She raises funds for organizations like Girls Inc. of Los Angeles, Baby2Baby and Forgotten Harvest.
On top of that, the NFL QB's wife has also broken the conventional image of an "NFL Wife" by starring in the mini-web series "Women of the League."
Jared Goff's wife Christen Harper's party was a night of giving back
Detroit Lions players' wives and girlfriends attending Christen Harper's invitation proved to be more than just a festive occasion. Harper, an active supporter of Forgotten Harvest, encashed the occasion to raise awareness and funds for the organization's vital work.
She posted a video montage of the party on Instagram and wrote:
"Beyond grateful! We all got to give each other our favorite things and the best part is we were able to raise money to give back to an amazing Detroit organization, Forgotten Harvest."
Jared Goff's wife also thanked the sponsors for "making the night so special."
Forgotten Harvest is a Detroit-based organization that combats food insecurity.
