Bill Belichick 'hit up' Travis Kelce for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour show in Amsterdam

Bill Belichick is enjoying his time away from the grind of football for the first time in several decades. As per the latest report, the former coach and GM made a stop in Amsterdam to check out Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’. For that, Belichick required assistance from none other than Travis Kelce.

Sam Riggs Bozoian of Barstool Sports was present in the box with Kansas City Chiefs superstars when Belichick arrived. Bozoian revealed the details of this meet-up on his podcast ‘Fore Play’, as he said:

“Coach Belichick had hit up Travis Kelce, he was over there. So, at one point we’re just in this box at the Taylor Swift show and we’ve got myself… we had Bill Belichick, Patrick Mahomes, and Travis Kelce are just in this box at this Taylor Swift show in Amsterdam.” (2:44 – 3:04)

However, Bozoian did not reveal whether Bill Belichick arrived alone or with his rumored new partner Jordon Hudson. However, he did express the camaraderie that the former New England Patriots coach shared with the Chiefs' men.

“They had a great interaction with Belichick. It was right when they walked in, they were like, ‘Hey coach!’ and they were like dapping up. Just a bunch of football guys shooting the sh*t.” (3:56 – 4:04)

The eight-time Super Bowl-winning coach has been in the headlines all through the offseason. This story has all but confirmed that Belichick is also a Swiftie, like many others in the football world at present.

What will Bill Belichick do this season?

Even though Bill Belichick will not be donning the head coach cap this season, he will not be far away from the NFL. The 72-year-old is set to kickstart his broadcasting career at the start of the season. The three-time NFL Coach of the Year will be a regular on ESPN’s ‘Monday Night Football’.

Belichick will be joined by former greats of the gridiron, Eli and Peyton Manning on the show. Belichick’s debut game as a broadcaster will be on September 9 as the New York Jets face off against the San Francisco 49ers.
