Bo Nix's wife Izzy drops 3-word reaction to Broncos QB's electrifying 250-yard, 3 TD performance in OT loss vs. Bengals
Bo Nix played out of his mind at the Cincinnati Bengals, throwing for 219 yards and three touchdowns against one interception and 31 rushing yards. Unfortunately, the win was not to be, as Joe Burrow found the recently struggling Tee Higgins for yard number 131 and score number 3 in overtime to cause a 30-24 loss that may have significantly derailed the Denver Broncos' playoff hopes.
Nix's wife, Izzy, shared a clip of one of his scoring passes on her Instagram stories:
"Proud of him (orange heart emoji)"
Later, she posted an image of them with some friends and family:
"& it's always a good day when we're together (blue heart emoji)"

The turning point in the game must have come when coach Sean Payton, finding himself down with a chance to win the game with a two-pointer, instead called for the tying kick. It backfired, and Bo Nix seemed to have some regrets about how it went.
He had been ecstatic about trying the two, but he also admitted that it would not have been the best idea in his press conference:
“I have no decision-making, so I'm trying to go for two. But at the end of the day, that's probably not always the wisest decision. I'm glad I don't make the decisions for our team, because I would go off straight emotion. They thought it out, processed it, and it was better to kick a field goal and play in overtime.”
Still, that does not mean he wishes things had gone differently in overtime, when the offense failed to capitalize on a missed field goal by Cade York:
“I definitely want the ball and a chance to win the game. We had a chance in overtime to do that, and I missed that one. It was a good decision by us to kick the field goal and play for overtime. We had stopped them enough to feel good about it. We thought we could move the ball in overtime, but we didn't.”
The Broncos now find themselves in a must-win game against the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs. Broadcast details will be revealed at the end of the current game week.
