Bo Nix's wife Izzy rolls up sleeves to furnish new $4,000,000 Castle Pines mansion
The Denver Broncos didn't have an ideal start last week after losing to Seattle 26-20. While Bo Nix prepares to help Denver win its Week 2 matchup against Pittsburgh, the quarterback's wife, Izzy, is settling into their new mansion.
In July, the happy couple bought a stately $4 million property in Castle Pines, Colorado. On Wednesday, Izzy shared a snapshot on her Instagram story highlighting the new furniture inside the property.
"Furniture day."
The picture includes unopened boxes and high-end rugs. Judging from Izzy's Instagram story, the couple appears excited to begin a new life chapter in their latest home.
Bo Nix and wife Izzy purchased new $4 Million mansion from a retired NFL star
According to The Denver Post, retired New York Giants running back Shane Vereen previously owned the Castle Pines mansion. Bo Nix and his wife Izzy purchased it from the former NFL star through LIV Sotheby's International Realty.
Vereen purchased an estate lot from Sterling Custom Homes in 2016 for $600,000. In 2018, the mansion was fully constructed. LIV Sotheby's International Realty listed it for $4.2 million in April of this year. Considering the Nixes purchased it for $4 million, the negotiations went well for the couple.
The property is 6,511 square feet and is located in The Village, a gated community in Colorado. It's a two-story property, with the primary suite on the first floor.
The primary suite has a tech-rich bathroom with heated floors. The first floor also has an open outdoor kitchen and large dining room. The second floor offers two spacious bedrooms.
Each bedroom features a lavish bathroom and dedicated loft space with walk-in closets. Moreover, the estate offers a fully functional garage with enough room to house four cars. Despite its facilities, the property still needs furnishings, which Izzy Nix is already adding.
