Braxton Berrios and girlfriend Alix Earle open up on dealing with long-distance as Dolphins training camp begins

With the Miami Dolphins training camp underway, Braxton Berrios and Alix Earle will be dealing with a long-distance relationship. While the two live in Miami, their schedules often cause conflict.

As NFL gears up for the 2024 season, Berrios will be with his team at camp for around three weeks. Discussing the new schedule on the podcast 'Hot Mess' on Thursday, Berrios and Earle spoke about what helps them stay grounded.

"Our one thing is that I call Braxton if I go out. I call Braxton before I go to bed," Earle said. [43:03 mark].

Berrios, adding on to the same, noted that it wasn't a one-sided effort:

"Same. It's not a one-way street."

They joked around a little, even discussing how Earle — who is bad at texting — makes more effort with communication.

Earle: "So I always like wake Broxson up from sleeping."
Berrios: "That's it like...we don't we don't have any other [structure].
Earle: "I'm just not a good texter. I'm trying to be better at all communication."
Berrios: "No, you're a terrible texter."

The Miami Dolphins star described training camp as the hardest part of the year, eager to get the season started as their eventful summer comes to an end.

That being said, the couple has been traveling together and making the most of their time before their conflicting schedules pick up.

Alix Earle revealed what works to keep the spark alive with Braxton Berrios

Braxton Berrios and Alix Earle have been dating for over a year. The couple has been increasingly popular on social media, with Berrios often featuring on Earle's TikTok, Instagram and podcast.

However, in a new interview with Sports Illustrated, Earle revealed how the two kept their spark alive.

"With my relationship, I have learned that keeping some of the intimate moments between us and certain date nights and certain special things between us is nice," Earle said.

Earle admitted that she was sharing excess information online, and has now learned to find the right balance.

Always eager to support each other, one can expect Earle (and Braxton Berrios' family) to be there to support the Dolphins WR from the sidelines.
