Breece Hall adds fuel to Davante Adams rumors as Aaron Rodgers' stance on potential reunion goes viral

The Davante Adams to the New York Jets rumors keep heating up, and Jets running back Breece Hall is all for it.

Adams was asked earlier this week about the possibility of teaming up again with quarterback Aaron Rodgers in the Big Apple, to which he said, Rodgers has been "in his ear" about it. A day later, Rodgers said at the American Century Championship that he "can't wait" to play with Adams again.

Hall recently appeared on the "Up & Adams Show" hosted by Kay Adams. Here is the conversation between Hall and Kay Adams about the idea of the Jets adding the running back:

Kay Adams: Is Davante a Jet?
Breece Hall: You never know... we're always talking, we're always scheming.
Kay Adams: I've said that you guys should maybe go all in and make a big addition?
Breece Hall: I'm on board.

The Jets tried to make a push for Adams during last season's trade deadline, but the Las Vegas Raiders declined. The Adams to Jets rumors keep heating up, and we are still almost two months away from the start of the season. If Rodgers pushes it, the Jets will likely try to explore another option in acquiring Adams.

Could the New York Jets become serious Super Bowl contenders with Davante Adams?

A lot of people think this season is Super Bowl or bust for the New York Jets. When Aaron Rodgers arrived last season, some pegged the Jets to go to the Super Bowl. Unfortunately, he went down on the team's first offensive drive of the season.

Still, New York won seven games and placed third in its division with below-average quarterback performances from Zach Wilson, Tim Boyle and Trevor Siemian.

This off-season the Jets have added WR Mike Williams, OL Tyron Smith, John Simpson, DL Javon Kinlaw and DL Solomon Thomas. They also acquired OL Morgan Moses via trade.

Adding a playmaker that Rodgers has had a lot of success with in the past in Davante Adams would be a huge addition to any team, especially the Jets.

The Jets addressed their offensive line needs this off-season and even drafted Penn State LT Olu Fashanu in the first round of the draft. They've also added depth in their defensive line while adding another playmaker for Rodgers in Mike Williams.

Adding a player like Davante Adams could potentially lift the Jets over the top and could see them have one of the best offenses in the NFL to make a Super Bowl run.
