Brett Favre highlights theory on Joe Biden being blackmailed into dropping out of 2024 US Presidential race
Former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre has always been vocal on political issues in the country. His recent activity on X, formerly known as Twitter, suggests that he fully supports Donald Trump becoming the next president of the United States of America.
The current American President, Joe Biden, has announced that he is withdrawing from the Presidential race. Favre recently reposted a post suggesting that the Democratic Party blackmailed the current president into pulling out of the upcoming elections.
The legendary NFL quarterback reposted a post by Collin Rugg, which said:
"Biden was blackmailed into dropping out of the race after top democrats threatened to remove him from office with the 25th Amendment according to the New York Post. It’s becoming clear that the coup was a well-orchestrated plan by Democrats.
"Biden’s June debate appeared to be a “setup” so Democrats could forcibly remove Biden in time to get a new candidate.
"According to Politico, Nancy Pelosi threatened Biden if he refused to drop out of the race. "Nancy made clear that they could do this the easy way or the hard way. She gave them three weeks of the easy way. It was about to be the hard way," a source told Politico..."
There have been various conspiracies surrounding Biden's exit from the Presidential race. The fact that Kamala Harris is now the new candidate from the Democratic Party has further fueled speculations about the pressure that was put on the current president to withdraw his name.
Brett Favre reposting this theory on social media clearly suggests that the former Packers quarterback is in firm belief that something dodgy has happened behind the scenes. It will be interesting to see how the months leading up to the election will unfold.
Brett Favre's successor recently suggested an overhaul in political system
Brett Favre is not the only former Packers quarterback who is open about his political views. His successor, Aaron Rodgers, recently made an appearance on the Pardon My Take podcast and suggested an overhaul of the current Presidential nomination criteria.
Rodgers believes that nobody above the age of 70 should be allowed to run for president and claims that politics have been 'an absolute sham' since the beginning.
The current Jets quarterback also voiced his support for Robert F. Kennedy Jr., criticizing the fact that Kennedy Jr. hasn't even been given a chance to be in the debates.
The upcoming presidential elections are set to be held on November 5th, 2024, and it wouldn't be surprising if we see more controversies and conspiracy theories till then.
