Brittany Mahomes left fuming following crunching tackle on husband Patrick

Patrick Mahomes' wife Brittany Live-Tweets at every Kansas City Chiefs game. It has become a ritual at this point, whether she is at the game or watching from home. As the Chiefs took on the one-win Houston Texans on Sunday afternoon, she wasn't pleased with the officiating crew.

After getting hit hard on a tackle by the Texans' Maliek Collins Sr., there was no flag for roughing the passer. Roughing the passer calls have been widely talked about this season as fans, players and analysts have all debated whether some of the calls were really necessary.

In this case, Brittany Mahomes believed this was roughing the passer. She tweeted, stating that she was confused that this was allowed as a hit on the quarterback. She then stated her frustration with the inconsistency on calls.

"I'm confused, we are allowed to tackle quarterbacks like that now? Got it. The inconsistency is BS"

After showing her displeasure for the Texans not getting penalized for the hit on Mahomes, she then had something else to say as well. She quote-retweeted a post saying that Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was getting mad and that it's fun to watch when he gets mad. Brittany replied by stating that "15" is going to get mad too and that would be even more fun to watch.

This proves that the NFL officiating crew has been inconsistent this season. The league has said that it will address these issues in the offseason. Until then, teams and their fans will need to hope that the calls won't cost them a big game in the meantime.
