Brittany and Patrick Mahomes' foundation donates $1,077,000 to 20 local charities
After the Kansas City Chiefs' Week 8 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, Patrick Mahomes joined his wife Brittany for a charity event. On Monday, the couple hosted the fifth annual "15 and the Mahomies Foundation" gala in Kansas City, Missouri.
The couple raised $1,077,000 during the charity event, and on Tuesday, the foundation shared the details of the gala on Instagram.
"The 5th Annual 15 and the Mahomies Foundation Gala! Over 850 incredible supporters in attendance and $1,077,000 granted to 20 Kansas City charities up on stage. Thank you to all of our amazing partners who continue to help us take this event to a new level each year. Together, we are changing lives. Let’s keep it rolling!"

Brittany Mahomes adored her baby bump in a chic velvet dress at the fifth annual "15 and the Mahomies Foundation" gala. The Sports Illustrated model stole the spotlight with her long-sleeved moonlight dress from Maygel Coronel.
According to the brand's website, the moonlight velvet dress costs $540 and has an open-back design. The pregnant mom paired her dress with silver heels and kept her hair in a loose bun.
Patrick Mahomes opted for a formal outfit featuring a dark gray suit, white button-down shirt and brown shoes. Following the charity event, Mahomes put on a show for the guests as he threw a football at the crowd.
