Caleb Williams' girlfriend Alina Thyregod delivers sneak peek into Bears QB's bye week break in London
Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams and his girlfriend Alina Thyregod enjoyed the team's bye week in London. Thyregod shared some of their time together in England on her social media.
Chicago beat the Jacksonville Jaguars in London, where Williams threw for 276 yards, four touchdowns, and an interception. They had their bye week this past week. Williams and his girlfriend stayed back in London for a few days, sharing their moments, which included a pottery class.
Williams and Alina Thyregod have been together since November 2023 while he was at USC, according to SI. The two were reportedly dating while they attended Gonzaga College High School.
However, they broke up but they stayed in touch, as Williams spoke about their relationship on The Pivot Podcast earlier this year.
"I met her at the end of her tenure. We dated a little bit," Williams said, via SI. "Then we ended it, kept in strong communication throughout four years. We're back dating again."
Thyregod is from Denmark and wants to be a part of the fashion industry. She worked for People in 2023. Her work has even been featured on television, including HGTV, Backstage, and Elle.
Caleb Williams believes the Bears getting better entering bye week
Chicago is off to a 4-2 start and is coming off its bye week.
Williams, who has been playing better every week, believes he's in a good spot, as is the team.
"It felt great," Williams said, via NFL.com. "I think, obviously, we got to keep getting better -- I can't turn the ball over like that on a wide-open touchdown to DJ. A few things that were going on throughout the game that I got to be better at, but I think the progress that we've had is going to keep growing.
"I think we have great leaders and a great personality to this team that I've talked about many times. I think all that is going to keep growing, and I think we've got to keep going."
However, during the bye week, division rivals the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers both won, as Chicago is last in the division despite having a winning record.
Chicago will return to the field on the road on Sunday, October 27 against the Washington Commanders at 4:25 p.m. ET.
