Chiefs heiress Ava Hunt rushed to hospital for surgery after mountain hiking accident
Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt's daughter, Ava Hunt, found herself in a medical emergency recently. On Monday, Hunt's wife, Tavia, took to her Instagram to share an update on an accident her daughter Ava had been in.
Tavia revealed that Ava was rushed to a hospital after she "fell down the mountain" during a hiking trip. Ava went through surgery for a deep wound on her leg. Sharing details about the incident, Tavia wrote:
"This little thang fell down the mountain today on a hike & went to the ER for surgery on a deep wound. It's been a looong day. Praise God she's in recovery and already smiling. Please pray for a quick & complete recovery."
Within a few hours after Tavia shared the news, Ava updated fans about her current health status via an Instagram story. The Chiefs heiress revealed that she came back home after a successful leg surgery.
"Update: surgery went very smoothy and I'm back at home watching my favorite @simonebiles!! I'm feeling great (but I might still be a little drugged up) Thank you for all your sweet messages and prayers!!" Ava wrote.
