Chiefs owner Clark Hunt's wife Tavia rallies for RFK Jr's 'Make America Healthy Again' campaign
Many NFL celebrities have been open about sharing their political preferences and opinions on social media. This includes Chiefs owner Clark Hunt's wife Tavia, who often posts her opinion on political topics through her social media.
On Wednesday, Tavia Hunt took to her Instagram to post support for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s campaign, Make America Healthy Again. Resharing an Instagram reel from Kennedy's account, in which the politician discusses the use of ingredients in the American food chain that are illegal in other countries, Hunt wrote:
"Make America Healthy Again."
In addition to the Instagram reel, Hunt also reshared the screenshot of Kennedy's caption, which read:
Shouldn’t we be talking about the fact that we have 1,000 ingredients in our food that are illegal in other countries? We are just systematically poisoning this generation of kids. That is what this election should be about. #MAHA
Tavia Hunt's political take came less than a week after she released a statement on illegal immigration. Interestingly, her statement appeared to be aligned with that of the Trump campaign.
Tavia Hunt opens up about illegal immigration in the U.S.
It's been a decade since Donald Trump has been talking about illegal immigration in America. In this year's presidential election as well, the topic has been highlighted quite a lot by the former U.S. President.
Some American citizens agree with the Trump campaign about illegal immigration, including Tavia Hunt. Last week, Hunt posted on Instagram to release a statement on the topic. Resharing an Instagram reel featuring a young man talking about immigration, Hunt wrote:
"If we don't secure our border, we're going to lose our country."
In July, Donald Trump made a similar statement during his speech at the Republican National Convention. Per the NY Times, the former president said:
“Today, our cities are flooded with illegal aliens … It's a massive invasion at our southern border that has spread misery, crime, poverty, disease nand destruction to communities all across our land."
Tavia Hunt advocated for a "collective change" following the assassination attempt on the former president on July 13. As the election nears, fans will probably get to see more opinions from Hunt.
Do you think she’s right about the illegal immigration issue?
