Cooper Kupp passed NFL Hall of Famer Elroy Hirsch for career-receiving TDs
Cooper Kupp's eighth year in the NFL started with a bang in Week 1 as he tied his career high with 14 receptions against the Detroit Lions. However, his season was paused after an ankle injury the following week, which sidelined him for four weeks.
He returned against the Minnesota Vikings on Oct. 24 and had back-to-back standout performances. During the 30-20 win versus Minnesota, he had five receptions, including a crucial touchdown.
Against the Seattle Seahawks, he caught 11 passes for 104 yards and surpassed 600 career receptions. The Rams won 26-20 in overtime. This milestone pushed Kupp to third on the team’s all-time receptions list.
On Nov. 17, Cooper moved to third in the franchise's career receiving TDs list after recording six receptions for 106 yards and two TDs in a win over the New England Patriots.
The Rams are third in the NFC West with a 6-6 record. They will be back in action on Monday when they face the Buffalo Bills.
