Deshaun Watson's girlfriend Jilly Anais hypes up QB's rushing TD vs Jaguars as Browns secure 18-13 win
Deshaun Watson is on his comeback tour and in his last outing on the gridiron, the QB impressed many. Among those was his girlfriend Jilly Anais, who celebrated joyously Watson’s rushing touchdown on the weekend.
After a drubbing in the Week 1 opener, the Cleveland Browns faced off against the Jacksonville Jaguars in their first away game of the season. The Browns registered an 18-13 win as Watson led the scoring chart with the only touchdown of the game to his name.
Watson’s longtime girlfriend Jilly Anais posted the clip of the TD from the first quarter of the game. Deshaun Watson rushed for the endzone as soon as the ball came to him.
“Touchdown Baby @DeshaunWatson. Eating a W for dinner tonight baby,” captioned Anais on her story.
Watson faced a lot of flak for his opening week performance; however, with a win and a TD to his name, he'd be happy.
A time of celebration for Deshaun Watson and Jilly Anais
For the first time in three years, Deshaun Watson is all set to play the entire football season. With his form returning, Jilly Anais showcased her love for Watson on Instagram. On September 14, Watson turned 29 and Anais took this opportunity to remind the world of Watson’s qualities.
"Happy 29th Birthday to my 4ever person, my LoveBug! 💛🤞🏽 To know you is to adore you! I thank God for you! Proverbs 3:5; Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding," Anais wrote in the caption.
However, the season is long, and Deshaun Watson would want to pay off the trust the Browns have placed in him. Injuries and off-field issues have kept him outside the game for a long time and Watson would want his name on top of the QB pile once again.
The Browns will face the New York Giants on September 22 at Huntington Bank Field.
