Deshaun Watson's girlfriend Jilly Anais walks the runway in bikini at Miami Swim Week
Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson's long-time girlfriend, Jilly Anais, stole the show at Miami Swim Week. On Instagram, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit posted their top six features from the event, and Jilly was one of them.
Radiating confidence, she graced the runway in a floral bikini and strutted down with arms raised. To complement her bold beach look, she was spotted in flowing, wavy hair.
"Miami Swim Week will forever have our hearts," SI Swimsuit captioned the IG Post.
"Following the release of the 60th anniversary SI Swimsuit Issue in May, we continued summer celebrations with Miami Swim Week in early June where many brand stars strutted the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show along with several new faces who joined the fray, making it one of the best shows yet!"
Deshaun and Jilly have been dating since 2019. Back then, the NFL QB was in the second year of his career and was playing with the Houston Texans.
The lovebirds went Instagram official when Watson posted photos from their first Annual Halloween Party, dressed as characters from "The Nightmare Before Christmas" on October 30, 2019.
Ever since, Jilly has been by Deshaun Watson's side through thick and thin, starting from his career highs to lows during off-field controversies.
Deshaun Watson's GF Jilly Anais kept NFL QB in her prayers as he underwent surgery in 2024
Two months ago, the Browns QB Deshaun Watson underwent surgery to repair his ruptured Achilles tendon. Since the recovery is a lengthy process, he was sidelined for 6 to 9 months.
Reportedly, Watson was injured in the second quarter of a divisional game against the Cincinnati Bengals on Oct. 20 during a quarterback draw. Next, as the 2017 NFL draftee stumbled for help, he was carted off the field.
Since he still has two years remaining on his $230 million fully guaranteed contract, the injury casts a shadow on the QB.
So, when the surgery was done successfully by foot and ankle specialist Dr. Bob Anderson, Jilly Anais showed faith and support. Sharing her thoughts via Instagram, she wrote:
"Dear Lord, today, I come bold and full faith, knowing You are God of overflow. Just like Ephesians 3:20 says, You've got more lined up for us than we can even dream of."
She added:
"Teach us to chill in the waiting, trusting that You're working behind the scenes. Open our eyes to see Your hand in every step. Help us to trust Your timing, knowing You've got this. We're ready for the blessing You've designed just for us."
Cut to the present, there have been reports of Deshaun Watson making a comeback in 2025 with the Cleveland Browns. This is despite the fact that he has not shown flashes of his brilliance from the Houston Texans.
