Dolphins star Tua Tagovailoa's wife Annah Gore shares wholesome reaction to QBs $212.4 Million contract extension
Miami Dolphins star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has agreed to a four-year, $212.4 million contract extension. Tagovailoa has become the third-highest-paid QB with this extension.
Tagovailoa's wife, Annah Gore, is proud of her husband's new achievement and took to her Instagram story to share her reaction.
“So grateful for the Dolphins Organization! So proud of my husband you deserve the world! I love you,” she wrote.
Before sharing her reaction to the quarterback's new contract, Annah posted a snapshot from her visit to the Dolphins' training camp.
"It's a great day to be a Dolphin!" Goren wrote in the caption, attached with a picture of her husband Tagovailoa playing with their son Ace.
Training camps have always been special for not just Tua Tagovailoa but also his wife, Annah Gore. It's because the couple got married in July 2022, just a few days before Miami Dolphins training camp. The couple keeps their life off-media, and the quarterback was shocked when his wedding news got leaked.
"It was very special. I don’t know how it ended up leaking ... he must’ve been waiting outside the courthouse for an entire week or something," Tagovailoa said during a Dolphins press conference.
Tua Tagovailoa's new $212.4 million contract compared to Joe Burrows and Trevor Lawrence
Tua Tagovailoa's new contract placed him as the third highest-paid quarterback in the NFL, trailing Joe Burrows and Trevor Lawrence.
Earlier this offseason, the Jacksonville Jaguars' star quarterback Trevor Lawrence signed a contract extension for $275 million over five years. On the other hand, Joe Burrow signed a five-year contract worth $275 million.
Tagovailoa's $212 million contract comes with $167 million as guaranteed money, with an average annual salary of $53.1 million.
There will be tough competition between the three in terms of performance and it remains to be seen whether the next contract extension eclipses the above three.
