Drake London's girlfriend Sofia Gabay reveals she was "screaming crazy" after Falcons' WR's 4th TD of the season
Drake London has been a sensation for the Atlanta Falcons this season. The third-year NFL wide receiver is coming into his own and his girlfriend Sofia Gabay is in for the ride.
For their Week 6 fixture, the Falcons were on the road to face off against the Carolina Panthers at the Bank of America Stadium. The Falcons went behind early in the first quarter but came back to register an emphatic 38-20 win against their divisional rivals.
During the back-and-forth action of the second quarter, Falcons QB Kirk Cousins connected with Drake London to score the touchdown. Sofia Gabay was supporting her man from the stands when she uploaded the clip of London scoring the TD to her Instagram stories.
However, Gabay highlighted the reason for not uploading the reaction from her recording and instead uploading the official clip. She bemoaned that her not having the best of views for her boyfriend's TD saved the fans from her screams.
“Fortunately for you all, my view wasn’t the best for a video so you don’t have to hear me screaming crazy,” Gabay captioned.
Drake London ended the game with 6 catches for 74 yards and 1 TD to his name. This was his fourth TD of the season and the WR has already equalled his career-best in that department in only six games. In a mere six games, London has received the ball 38 times for 424 yards for an average of 11.3 yards per catch.
Drake London will need the support of Sofia Gabby at home
The Falcons have been one of the dark horses of the NFC. They have a record of 4-2 and have defeated all their NFC South division rivals. Drake London has imprinted each game with his special set of skills and has shown off his speed, Gabby has been doing her part in supporting the 23-year-old.
For the Week 7 fixture, Gabby will not have to take a trip as the Falcons come back to the Mercedez-Benz Stadium to face off against the Seattle Seahawks. The game will take place on Sunday, October 20 and the kick off is scheduled at 1:00 p.m. ET.
