Eagles icon Jason Kelce says wife Kylie “always wanted a big family” as couple explore possibility of a fourth child
Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie, are parents to three daughters, and there has been speculation that a fourth child might be on the way. Interestingly, neither Kylie nor Jason have made any statements in this regard until Thursday. The former Eagles center expressed his wife's dream of a big family.
The retired NFL star made an appearance at the American Century Championship Celebrity Golf Tournament yesterday. During his presence at the event organized alongside South Lake Tahoe, Jason was interviewed by ET. When asked about becoming a father for a fourth time, he said:
"That is not a question for me, but I think, you know, Kylie has expressed before we started having kids, she wanted a big family. So we'll see what the future holds. Right now we've got our hands full with three of them. So it's hard to imagine another one running around."
Jason Kelce and Kylie are already parents to Wyatt, Elliot and Bennett. The rumors got a boost when Kylie revealed in an interview last week that she is stashing some more baby clothes "just in case" there ends up being a fourth child.
Talking about the kids they already have, Kylie also revealed that she had to make changes in her parenting approach, thanks to Jason Kelce's growing fame.
Kylie Kelce was "forced" to change her parenting approach as Jason Kelce's fame grows
Before retiring from the NFL, Jason Kelce was counted as one of the most successful players in the league. Even after his retirement, Kelce's fame has grown massively. Some of the credit goes to his younger brother Travis Kelce's world-famous romance with Taylor Swift.
Fame has changed a lot for the Kelce family, especially the parenting approach Kylie used to follow for her kids. During an interview with Business Insider last month, Kylie expressed being "forced" to change her methods of parenting in light of her husband's stardom.
"I never imagined that Jason and I would be household names in Philadelphia or that strangers would know our kids' names," Kylie said. "It has forced some conversations that I didn't think we would need to have.
"When we leave the house now and go into public spaces, I tell our daughters that if they don't want to say 'hi' to people, they don't have to. It's a very fine line, and a blurred line when people approach Jason and me and address the girls by name."
Kylie accompanied her husband Jason and brother-in-law Travis to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in London. After her Eras Tour visit, Kylie reshared her experience sharing tents with Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson.
