Eli Manning refuses kids to meeting Taylor Swift through Travis Kelce
Giants legend Eli Manning's kids are huge Taylor Swift fans, but the former NFL quarterback refuses to use her boyfriend Travis Kelce to arrange a meeting for them. In an interview with US Weekly on Wednesday, Manning confessed to not texting Kelce for the sake of meeting the "Blank Space" singer.
Eli Manning stated how his kids Ava, Lucy, Caroline and Charlie constantly plead with him to arrange a meetup with Taylor Swift whenever she is in town. However, instead of relying on favors from the Chiefs' tight end, the quarterback is encouraging them to figure out their own creative ways to meet their favorite star.
"If we happen to be somewhere where Travis and Taylor are in the same town or city and [they’re] like, ‘You gotta text Travis and see if we can, like, just meet up. We’ll be quick. We just wanna see her. We don’t have to say hi.’ I’m like, ‘I’m not texting him [for you] to see Taylor. You [want to] see her, you gotta find a way, you gotta be creative. You gotta do it yourself’," Manning said.
Eli Manning has three daughters and one son. The former Giants quarterback said that even though his daughters bully his son, they have the strongest bond with him:
"They all torture him. The boy, I mean, he doesn’t stand a chance. But they are sweet to him. My 5-year-old son [and] my 9-year-old daughter — they’re buddies. They’re tight, and they get along well, and they kind of get grouped together and brought along [with the oldest] or left out."
Eli Manning claims Jason Kelce's intentions for Travis Kelce to "mess up" in Chiefs game
Jason Kelce will be starting his broadcasting career with ESPN in the upcoming 2024 regular season. In an interview with People, Eli Manning said the former Eagles player would want the Chiefs tight end to "mess up" during a game so he can call him out:
"He and Travis have a great relationship. Obviously he'll want them to win and to play well, but he's probably hoping for Travis to trip one time or to mess up just so he can call him out. I'm excited for him and his new journey and path of getting into TV."
Amidst Travis Kelce's preparation for the upcoming regular season, Patrick Mahomes went viral for claims that Taylor Swift is drawing plays for the Chiefs. Recently, Kelce commented about the reality behind the quarterback's claims.
