Enraged Jets fans call for Robert Saleh to be fired "immediately" as franchise slips to 2-3 after Aaron Rodgers' late INT

Robert Saleh has been at the helm of the New York Jets as the head coach since 2021. However, the franchise has been unable to reach playoffs once in that time. After an embarrassing display in London where star QB Aaron Rodgers threw three interceptions, the fans are voicing their opinions.

The Minnesota Vikings took control of the game in the first quarter at the Northumberland Development Project and didn’t let go. This game also marked an uncharacteristic display from the QB, throwing three interceptions. However, for the Jets fans, HC Saleh became public enemy No. 1 after they lost 23-17.

The fans have unanimously begun to call for the removal of Saleh.

“FIRE ROBERT SALEH”
“Saleh needs to be fired immediately”
“Fire Saleh cause he obviously can’t control his team and their fucking penalties,” a fan said.
“Jets better leave Saleh in England,” another fan said.

Several fans questioned the skill level of the 45-year-old, branding him not fit to lead the Jets.

“The worst coach in the NFL,” a fan said.
“He’s a horrible coach,” one fan said.

The road ahead for Robert Saleh and the Jets

Robert Saleh has been in the NFL coaching industry for almost 20 years. In that time, the Michigan native has been rising through the ranks. However, years of not being able to take the team through the playoffs and the 2-3 start to the season would have him worried for his job.

He had already been declared by the analysts as the coach on the ‘hot seat’ before the season even began. Now as pressure mounts, Aaron Rodgers and Saleh have a tough job ahead of them. The Jets will face the Buffalo Bills in their Week 6 fixture back at home on October 14.
