Ex-Eagles WR Terrell Owens calls out Donovan McNabb over hypocrisy on A.J. Brown-Jalen Hurts beef

Former Eagles receiver Terrell Owens responded to Donovan McNabb's take on the beef between Philadelphia duo of A.J. Brown and Jalen Hurts in Week 14. It comes following the Week 13 controversy surrounding Houston Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair's nasty hit on Trevor Lawrence.

After their Week 14 win over the Carolina Panthers, A.J. Brown was visibly frustrated with the offense and took out his frustration in the media. Brown told reporters that it was tough to get in the rhythm of things when the offense isn't actively looking to play through the air. Brown ended the evening with four catches on four targets. His comments soon went viral and pointed to discord in the locker room.

Eagles legend McNabb disagreed with A.J. Brown's decision to take things public, but former Eagles receiver Owens had more than a few words in response to McNabb.

"Now this is interesting is coming from you. Not how I interpreted it but funny thing is, I agree with you on the idea of if you have issue with someone, you go to them and not the media but here’s the thing I ‘never’ had an issue with you but it’s known that you had an issue with me so maybe you should’ve taken your advice here.
"Oh yeah … And we might have won Super 39 but that’s another story for another day," Owens tweeted.

A.J. Brown's teammate backtracks on comments on locker room split

During his weekly appearance on 94 WIP, veteran defensive end Brandon Graham made some eye-opening statements on how things are in the locker room.

"The person that's complaining needs to be accountable," Graham said on the show.
"I don't know the whole story, but I know 1 (Hurts) is trying and 11 (Brown) could be a little better with how he responds to things. They were friends before this, but things have changed, and I understand that because life happens."

However, Graham raced to do some damage control later, telling ESPN reporters that he had misread the situation.

"I made a mistake, and I assumed that it was something that it wasn't," Graham told ESPN.
"I just want to win so bad that I don't just want to use the media when we need to talk about something and we can fix the problem ourselves. I didn't add to it in a good light, so that's my bad."

Graham added that he would apologize to both Brown and Hurts, given how much traction the story has received.
