Exploring Bo Nix's house: Detailed look at Broncos rookie and wife Izzy's $4,000,000 Castle Pines mansion
Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix bought a $4 million mansion with his wife, Izzy. Nix’s major real estate investment came just a few months after the quarterback was drafted as the 12th overall pick in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft.
According to The Denver Post, the couple’s new house covers 6,511 square feet in The Village at Castle Pines. It’s a gated community in Castle Rock, Colorado. Before the Nixes purchased this real estate, it was owned by a former NFL star.
Former New York Giants and New England Patriots running back Shane Vereen used to own the real estate before the couple bought it. The property is a seven-bath and five-bedroom home, and the Nixes are set to move in anytime soon.
According to the estate’s record, the retired NFL star bought the land from Sterling Custom Homes in 2016 for $600,000. In 2018, the house was constructed and later listed by LIV Sotheby’s International Realty for $4.2 million in April 2024.
This mansion features a large dining room with an open outdoor kitchen. The first floor has a primary suite, which features a separate deck and gas fireplace. Inside the suite, there’s a bathroom with heated floors and a closet-connected laundry room.
The second floor comes with two bedrooms attached to it, with lavish bathrooms, walk-in closets, and a dedicated loft space. The property also offers a garage with four-cars space and a specially crafted golf cart bay. Bo Nix and his wife Izzy were represented by Corken + Company Real Estate Group. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty represented Shane Vereen.
Bo Nix got himself a great deal with the Broncos, being a first-round pick in the 2024 draft. The contract gave him financial support to make a fruitful real estate investment almost two years after his marriage.
