“'Fire everyone,' Aaron Rodgers was like, 'everyone sucks'” – NFL host claims Packers QB went full Kevin Durant in off-season front office chaos

Aaron Rodgers is well underwater at 5-8. Most don't expect another "R-E-L-A-X" turnaround. Speaking on the Ryen Russillo podcast, the two show hosts concluded that the NFL quarterback's troubles echo those of Kevin Durant's in the NBA.

Basically, according to show hosts Ryen Russillo and Steve Ceruti, the quarterback and NBA star both have a similar level of dissatisfaction with their situations. Ceruti said:

"This is absolutely a slam dunk. KD is [the same as No. 12]. They're both really good kind of at the twilight of their career, but they're both perpetually unhappy...They create their own problems, too. That's the other thing. They both have created the situations that make them unhappy. Like it's too good to me."

Russillo agreed, explaining where the quarterback has gone wrong in his exasperated complaints:

"Yeah, 'fire everyone.' Rodgers was like, 'all of you suck.' And then he never said what they actually sucked at. That is a breakdown in communication."

How did Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers fall to 5-8 in a hot-cold 2022 NFL season?

No. 12 at Green Bay Packers v Chicago Bears
No. 12 at Green Bay Packers v Chicago Bears

At one point, the Packers were 3-1 this season and seemingly all of the offseason's negative talk was unfounded. However, since then, the team has fallen to 5-8. Almost half of the team's wins have come against the Chicago Bears. Two of the other wins came against Tom Brady's Buccaneers and Bill Belichick's New England Patriots.

Aaron Rodgers asked if today’s performance means he still owns the Bears.

“Yes.”

His other win came against the Dallas Cowboys and his former head coach Mike McCarthy. Some are connecting the dots for the quarterback, saying that, in the games in which Rodgers had a long-term connection, he won with extra motivation. He is notorious for defeating the Bears and kept the winning streak alive this season.

Aaron Rodgers asked about his salute to the Soldier Field crowd. Says you never know when it’ll be your last time playing somewhere. Saw a lot of middle fingers today. Adds he knows Bears fans don’t like him, but he respects the fans in Chicago.

Both he, Tom Brady, and Bill Belichick have all been locked in a long-time argument regarding which No. 12 is the best. Lastly, Mike McCarthy was his head coach for about a decade. Will Aaron Rodgers muster a win against a team that doesn't have a strong tie to his past, or will Jordan Love find his way into the lineup?
