Former Broncos QB Tim Tebow calls for action against gruesome s*x crimes on children
Tim Tebow delivered to Denver Broncos fans one of the most memorable seasons and postseason wins since 2000.
Nearly 15 years after that win, the former Broncos sensation is looking to help defend the next generation from sexually abusive parents. Taking to Instagram on September 12, Tebow called on Congress to rescue youth from their abusive parents.
"Their pain must stir us to act. This is why we’re calling on Congress to pass legislation to strengthen our nation’s response to identifying and rescuing these boys and girls," he wrote.
There was a video with the post in which Tebow spoke about the issue.
"What do you tell someone what love looks like when their dad was the first person to abuse them? ... Out of the majority of these studies it looks like around 80% of those that are abusing these boys and girls are doing it from their trusted circle. Mom, dad, coach, pastor, chaplain, teacher, babysitter, someone in their trusted circle is doing this," he said.
One of Tim Tebow's main missions in 2024, it seems, is to combat sexual predators of all kinds. The former Broncos quarterback has been leading a campaign to get something done about the issue. Most of his last 10 Instagram posts have been about the issue.

Tim Tebow isn't afraid to note and speak on serious topics. In addition to pushing the conversation about sexual abusers forward, Tebow also went out of his way to talk about 9/11.
Demaryius Thomas' former quarterback took to Instagram on September 11th to remember those lost.
He posted a picture of the Twin Towers with the words stating "Never Forget." The image also added the number of lives lost (2,977). Tebow also added his own message.
"We will never forget. Today let's remember to pray for the innocent lives lost, for the heroes who risked it all, and for the families forever impacted," he wrote.
Tebow remains active in the United States community, and based on his history of speaking out on serious topics, it appears that this is far from the end of his mission.
