Former ESPN analyst speculates trouble in paradise for Travis Kelce after Taylor Swift misses LA game: "This is alarming"

Taylor Swift attended the first two games of the NFL season to support Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs. However, since then, her absence has fuelled several rumors. Former ESPN analyst Jonathan Coachman, however, fears the worst for their relationship.

The Kansas City Chiefs played their last two games on the road and Swift wasn’t present for those away games. On Tuesday, the former ESPN wrestling analyst Coachman dove deep into the issue on his podcast with Vince Russo: ‘The Coach & The Bro Show’.

“I don't think Taylor Swift wants to show up to the games, because this has been a running storyline for us,” said Coachman. “Last week, she doesn't show up in Atlanta. She had plans with friends, Gigi Hadid, a world-famous socialite."
"But then this week is way more alarming to me. She has a house in LA. The Chiefs were playing in LA. No Taylor Swift.” [02:40]

The podcast duo had previously discussed that Swift’s endorsement for the presidential elections could become an issue between the couple. On the podcast, Coachman also highlighted the alleged “breakup contract” between the couple.

This contract went viral last month; however, it was debunked by several sources. Yet on the podcast, Coachman argued that Swift’s recent behavior gives cadence to the pre-planned breakup theories. Coachman dubbed the entire episode as a "reality theory" instead of a conspiracy theory.

Security concerns for Taylor Swift at Travis Kelce’s games

Last season, the pop icon attended several games at different venues to support Travis Kelce. However, so far this season, the games Taylor Swift has attended were played in Kansas City only. A Page Six report earlier stated that security risks are behind this decision as per a source.

“If she is going to a place that isn’t Arrowhead, there are security concerns,” said the source close to Swift. “She has worked with Arrowhead so many times, they feel at ease and comfortable. Going to all kinds of different stadiums, you need to send a team in advance.”

The Week 5 fixture against the New Orleans Saints will be played at Arrowhead Stadium. Swift’s appearance or absence for the Monday night game on October 7 will answer several questions that have been raised over the last couple of weeks.
