Harrison Butker comes in support of Donald Trump's Republican Party with an emotional message to JD Vance

Kansas City Chiefs star kicker Harrison Butker has found himself in the spotlight months after his commencement speech controversy. On Friday, Butker revealed his support for former United States President Donald Trump's Republican Party via an X post.

The tweet came a few hours after Trump's Instagram post highlighting that his "administration will be great for women and their reproductive rights." Supporting Trump's cause, Butker penned down a special message to former President's running mate JD Vance in his tweet, to bring back the Republican Party and defend the unborn.

"No party or candidate is perfect. I implore my fellow Catholic @JDVance to help bring the Republican Party back in line with the foundational platform that all life is valuable, and there can be no compromise when it comes to defending the unborn," Butker said.
"However, with that said: 'Our obligation is to vote for the lesser of two evils because voting for a lesser evil preserves the good that could be potentially lost.'- Father Chad Ripperger," Chiefs kicker concluded.

Apart from Harrison Butker, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes' wife Brittany also showed her support for Donald Trump when she liked his Instagram post. However, she had to face criticism for it and came forward defending herself on Friday. Aside from Brittany, fans were also unimpressed with Maxx Crosby and Gardner Minshew's meeting with Trump.
