"I’m so sick of all this s**t": JJ Watt launches criticism against Aaron Rodgers' 'Fountain of Youth' gimmick

Aaron Rodgers has attracted even more attention after he said that his teammate, Thomas Morstead, had introduced him to a "fountain of youth." What was that? Cayenne pepper water.

Fans and analysts may let it slide if the New York Jets were doing well. But after firing their head coach, and bringing in Davante Adams, nothing much seems to have changed. After their last game, the Jets are at 2-6.

On a recent episode of the "Pat McAfee Show," former NFL star JJ Watt, who has now become a regular on the show, took aim at Rodgers and blasted him for his comment.

"Just go play ball, man. Try and get better. Let’s score some touchdowns. I’m so sick of all the talk about this s**t. They’re 2-6."

He went on to say that he was part of a team that was 2-14, so he can relate with the signal-caller on how terrible it must feel. To be on a team with such a low record and then have to go out and answer questions from fans and reporters.

" I know how it is, I’ve been there. I was on 2-14 teams. I know exactly what that’s like. It sucks. All you wanna do is go out there and win the game. You still have to go out there and answer the questions."

However, Watt was not the only person to criticize A-Rod for his "Fountain of Youth" statement.

Colin Cowherd calls out Aaron Rodgers

Colin Cowherd had also criticized Rodgers for his "Fountain of Youth" statement. He likened him to one's crazy uncle who at every Thanksgiving dinner says he has found a new concoction or some great new business idea.

"If they lose tomorrow night, he may do an in-season darkness retreat. I mean, that's where we at, and that is where we are at with Aaron Rodgers."

He also took a shot at the quarterback's earlier statement where while answering a reporter's question, he admitted that he was in a place of darkness and said that he needed to get into it and make peace with it.

The Jets will face the 2-6 Houston Texans today in an attempt to end their five-game losing streak. Will Rodgers succeed in shutting the up doubters and nay-sayers, or will he extend the Jets' losing streak to six?

The kick-off will be at 8:15 PM ET at the Jets' home stadium, MetLife Stadium.
