IN PHOTOS: Chiefs owner Clark Hunt's wife Tavia pens emotional note celebrating 31st wedding anniversary
Chiefs CEO and owner Clark Hunt and his wife Tavia celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary on Wednesday. Together for over three decades now, the Hunts are easily one of the most influential couples in Kansas City.
The family is involved in many charitable ventures in the community while running the Kansas City Chiefs.
Tavia Hunt has over a hundred thousand Instagram followers and often updates them about her family. On Wednesday, she penned a lengthy but emotional message on IG to wish Clark Hunt a happy anniversary.
"Today we’re celebrating 31 years of marriage! It’s hard to believe we’ve been doing this for over three decades— especially since we still feel like newlyweds … sometimes," Tavia wrote.
Tavia added multiple photos with Clark Hunt, some of which were throwbacks from their early years together.
"We’ve shared countless memories, laughs, wins & losses, tears, and plenty of the look that says “I told you so,” but through it all, love and grace have led the way. Every day isn’t perfect (some days it’s just survival!) but we wouldn’t trade this life we’ve built for anything," she wrote.
Tavia also wrote that people who do not believe in marriage should pursue it when they're with the right person. Their daughter, Gracie, also wished them a happy anniversary on Instagram.
Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt's wife Tavia has seldom shied away from speaking her mind on social media
Tavia Hunt has never shied from speaking her mind regarding various political matters relevant to the country. She recently questioned the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for misusing funds for Hurricane Helene.
According to Tavia, money sent to Ukraine as aid has been used in other sectors. However, Ukraine claims to have a shortage when dealing with hurricane funds.
"Last Monday we sent another $5.7 BILLION to the Ukraine. But there's no money for AMERICAN CATASTROPHES!!" Tavia asked in her IG story.
She has also spoken up about the rising inflation in the U.S.A. and shared stories from her voting day.
