Last week, Jake Ferguson came back from an injury and led the team in receiving yards. The tight end had plenty to celebrate from his performance but ultimately couldn’t guide the team to victory against the Baltimore Ravens. However, off the field, he is celebrating another year with his girlfriend Haley Cavinder.
As per the Daily Mail, the Dallas Cowboys man has been dating Cavinder since 2022. On Tuesday, he took to his Instagram to post photos of themselves over the last year. Haley contributed to the post as well with a comment.
“A year with my Shorty! Life with you is so much better. Would headbutt anyone for you❤️,” Ferguson captioned.
“Loving you is easy!! Happy 365 🤍,” commented Cavinder on the post.
Jake Ferguson has posted pictures of him embracing Cavinder on multiple occasions, from gamedays to the couple dressed up in Texas mode.
Apart from posting real-life pictures, the Cowboys TE also showed off his Photoshop skills. He took a screenshot of the show ‘Game of Thrones’ and swapped Night King’s face in for Cavinder’s and his face as the resurrected dragon. With this picture, Ferguson managed to say a lot of things without spelling them out.
The couple have seen a lot of ups and downs, ever since Ferguson was drafted by the Cowboys in 2022. Haley Cavinder has faced trolling on account of her relationship going mainstream.
She opened up on her struggles of being trolled on her podcast. However, with Ferguson's support and care, she overcame the issues to bounce back. They both have managed to be strong for each other.
Jake Ferguson gets hyped up for Haley Cavinder’s accomplishment
Earlier this month, the 23-year-old Cavinder was named as one of the five captains for her college team. She became co-captain of the Miami Hurricanes with her twin sister Hanna Cavinder for the 2024-25 women’s college basketball season.
Ferguson could not contain his happiness and posted the news on his since-expired Instagram story.

Haley Cavinder will be supporting her boyfriend Jake Ferguson this Thursday too. The Cowboys are on a two-game losing streak and travel to take on the New York Giants on September 26.
