IN PHOTOS: First look at Cardinals' State Farm Stadium before Super Bowl LVII

The Super Bowl, one of the biggest events in all sports, is coming very soon. Since the Super Bowl is always held at a (theoretically) neutral site, the field has to be prepared beforehand so it can represent the teams and the game itself.

This year's game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles will be held at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. This is where the Arizona Cardinals ordinarily play.

Sports reporter Ari Meirov tweeted out a first look at the field and how it's being designed for the big game.

The Chiefs have decided to go with yellow for their end zone, perhaps to differentiate from the Cardinal red that ordinarily features (and is the color of the seats) in this stadium. Conversely, the Eagles have decided to make their end zone green, matching their jersey color for the game.

The field will continue to undergo changes throughout this week as everyone there prepares to host the biggest sporting event in America this year.

Super Bowl LVII: Everything you need to know

The NFL game will commence on Sunday, February 12 at about 6:30 pm. The current odds have the Kansas City Chiefs as slight underdogs to the Philadelphia Eagles by 1.5 points.

The odds have Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes tied at +130 to win MVP with Travis Kelce at +1600 and A.J. Brown at +1800.

Rihanna will perform the half-time show, which will occur sometime around 9:00 pm EST. It's difficult to time the game, especially with how important the advertisements are, but that is a safe guess.

This will be Mahomes' third trip to the Super Bowl. He's 1-1 so far, with a win in his first try over the San Francisco 49ers and a loss against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Hurts has not been to the big game yet, but this is the Eagles' second appearance in the game since 2017 when they defeated the New England Patriots.
