IN PHOTOS: Jared Goff's wife Christen attends Lions Foundation's Thanksgiving charity event
Jared Goff's wife, Christen, is giving back this holiday season. On Tuesday, the Detroit Lions organization spent time with Lineage at the Gleaners Food Bank.
Christen Goff shared photos on Instagram showing others from the Lions organization packing meals for those in the Detroit, Michigan community ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.
"Spent the morning with @lionscommunity and @onelineage packing 10k lbs of food for Detroiters that need a little extra help this Thanksgiving," Christen captioned one of the IG stories.
According to Goff's Instagram story, the Lions helped pack 10,000 pounds of food for those in the local community. The Lions' mascot, Roary, was even in attendance to lend his hand in helping give back. This is an annual event in which the team participates.
Jared Goff also works with Lineage. Each week, 1,000 meals are donated through its "Touchdowns for Food" campaign for each touchdown Goff throws. In the Week 10 matchup against the Texans, 2,000 meals were donated in Houston.

The Detroit Lions are trying to make their second consecutive trip to the NFC title game. If they continue to play the way they are, that will soon become a reality. Christen Goff has shown her support for her husband, Jared Goff, as he and the Detroit Lions are now 8-1.
Christen sported a denim look for the Week 9 game. She paired a denim jacket with a black dress and high black boots. She then accessorized the look with a denim purse.
"Victory Sunday," she wrote on Instagram.
Since being traded by the Los Angeles Rams to the Detroit Lions, Goff has shown his ability to be one of the best quarterbacks in the league.
Jared and Christen Goff have been together since 2019 and got engaged in June 2022 while vacationing at the El Dorado Golf and Beach Club. They got married in Ojai, California, in front of a small group of family and friends two years later, in June.
