IN PHOTOS: Ripped Tom Brady goes full Top Gun, gets band back together with Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman
Tom Brady's post-retirement festivities are just getting started. From elaborate ski vacations with his children to beach parties, the former QB seems to have it all figured out.
In a series of new photos shared by Brady, the 45-year-old is enjoying some downtime by the pool and the beach, surrounded by his children and friends. In true Top Gun style, Brady and his former teammates Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman are seen playing on the beach.
For those who haven't seen the movie starring Tom Cruise, the group of fighter pilots in the movie compete in a beach football game in a now iconic scene. Most photos featured random shots of Brady and his friends, who were all dressed appropriately for the beach.
Brady also posed with his son Jack, who was standing tall beside his father. His younger son, Benjamin, was at the pool with the former QB hugging him as they smiled for the camera.
Though they were at the beach, Brady also spent some time at the pool.
"Beach day with the crew," Brady wrote on Instagram.
Brady shared fewer photos on Twitter, adding a sun and football emoji to sum it up:
Brady also posted a group photo through his stories, all of them perched on a yacht they possibly rented for the day:
The Las Vegas Aces to vacations: How is Tom Brady spending his retirement?
While Brady's retirement is filled with some much-needed downtime, he has been focused on his brand and investments. Earlier this month, Brady took ownership of the WNBA team, the Las Vegas Aces.
While details haven't been confirmed, Brady seemed excited to be a part of the family. Brady posted a video on Tuesday confirming the news and expressed his desire to be part of the Las Vegas franchise.
"I'm excited to announce, I'm gonna become part of the Las Vegas Aces organization. I grew up with three older sisters; they were all incredible athletes in their own right; they were role models to me. It's where my love for women's sports began.
"I tagged along, I was the annoying little brother to all their games, and they were the best athletes in our house, and they're a still a great inspiration to me."
